  1. Enter your tracking number in the text box next to “Enter tracking number”.
  2. Click on “Track my package”.
  3. A new tab will open which will display the status of your professional courier.

Find professional courier status:

  1. Go to the official website,
  2. In the ‘Track N Trace’ section on the homepage, enter the consignment / reference number in the input form and click the Track button.
  3. All the details such as current package location, delivery status, dates, e.t.c. will be displayed.

Tracking Number format:

Generally the tracking number of professional couriers look like: KUR601043749. If you’re getting some kind of problem then make sure that your tracking number resembles a similar order.

  1. i had sent an envelope containing documents vide your Consignor Note KUR601584109 on 15.03.2017 from your Parel / Lalbaug office, opp. Piramal Chambers (Income Tax Office). i had asked if i would get a copy of the Proof of Delivery (POD) because i was doing the courier for someone else and had to keep a record. Initially i was informed by the Manager that it would take 15 days to get POD. i was then told to come after 20 days on 5th April, 2017 to be on the safe side. When i went on the 6th of April, i was informed that it has not come as yet. The gentleman phoned someone and i was told it would after two days. i went again on the 10th of April and was told that it had not come but the Manager showed me on the computer and told me if i had an email id then he would forward the same to me. He once again talked to someone on the phone. i told him that i want the POD in the physical form. He told me to come once again after two days. When i enquired with him on the 12th of April, i was told it had come. Since i did not have the Consignor Copy with me, i told him i would come with it the next time. When i went on the 14th the office was closed because of Good Friday. i again went on Sunday hoping the office would be open but it was closed. (i do not blame Professional Courier for these two visits.) i went today i.e on the 17th and i was told the POD has not come as yet and i lost my cool and raised my voice. This is a normal tendency of mine to raise my voice when i get excited / agitated. While i was talking to the Manager, a lady sitting behind came and started interferring between our conversation and told me to talk to her. She said i should not talk to her Manager with my voice raised. i told her not to interfere when i was talking to the Manager. She then told me that just by giving Rs. 30/= i had not purchased them. She further said that she would see that i would never get the POD. i made it clear to her that it is because of many consumers / customers like me that she is getting her salary. Without consumers / customers she would have to close the shop. i also told her that she is talking as if she is the Owner. Please inform your staff that it is normal for a consumer / customer to loose his cool especially when he is not given the service that was promised not once but thrice. It amounts to “Deficiency of Service” and the consumer / customer has an option to take legal recourse which please explain to your staff. Further, when i had raised my voice neither had i said a bad word nor had i threatened as can be proved with the roadside Vendors who were witnessing the scene. Also i had given the amount required by your Company after asking for the POD. If giving POD is such an issue then either the Manager should have told me that i would be charged extra for it or that it was not possible and i would have acted / decided accordingly. It is not that i asked for the POD afterward. i first confirmed if i would get the POD before i handed over the envelope. All this would have been avoided if i was given the POD on the 5th of April as promised by the Manager. If he was not sure of giving the service, he should have informed me so. Today i was initially told by the Manager that tomorrow he would arrange to send the POD to my residence but later it was decided that i would pick it up from the office tomorrow. This is for information and necessary action.
